Senior Director, US State Government Relations

David London serves as BSA’s Senior Director for US State Government Relations, where he leads public policy engagement with governors, state attorney generals, legislators, and regulators across the US.

Prior to BSA, he was Founder & CEO of DJL Strategies, where he provided strategic counsel on how to create sustainable and effective public policy programs for tech startups. Prior to that, he was Head of US, State & Local Public Policy for Coinbase where he built the state and local program from the bottom up. Prior to that, he successfully created DoorDash’s first ever Federal, Eastern States, and Canada government affairs programs.

He also served as TechNet's Vice President of State Policy and Politics, where he was responsible for leading TechNet's 50-state advocacy program. He also served as Senior Director and Head of North America Government Affairs for ofo. Prior to ofo, he was Head of Government Relations for the Americas at eBay, where he set the strategic direction for the public policy teams at the US, Federal, and State levels; Canada; and Latin America. During his 12-year career with eBay he held several leadership positions in Washington, DC, and Silicon Valley, including Head of State Government Relations, Head of Western States Government Relations, and Head of California Public Policy. Prior to eBay, he began his career in tech policy by heading up the California Government Affairs program at Cisco Systems.

London is a native of the Washington, DC, area and is an avid hiker, kayaker, canoeist, and wildlife enthusiast. He resides in New York City.
