Isabelle Roccia is Senior Manager, Policy – EMEA at BSA | The Software Alliance in Brussels, Belgium. In this role, she works with BSA members to develop and advance policy positions on a range of key issues, with a focus on data privacy and digital trade. Prior to joining BSA, Roccia served as Senior Policy Advisor at the US Mission to the EU in Brussels, where she focused on EU digital policy and conducted engagement at both the EU and regional level on a number of policy and regulatory issues, in particular on data privacy, cross-border data flows, and cybersecurity. Roccia holds a Master in Defense, Geostrategy, and Industrial Dynamics from Assas University in Paris, France. She speaks English and French. She is based in BSA’s Brussels office.
