2. Can you give an example?
Vehicle service companies like BizzyCar, Inc. have harnessed Zoom’s AI Companion meeting summary capability to enhance their team’s communication and productivity by automatically identifying and summarizing meetings, capturing action items, generating chapter summaries and allowing late joiners of meetings to ‘catch up’ faster. Integrating AI Companion meeting features into their workflows has made a significant impact on their operations.
One of the practical benefits of this for BizzyCar is the cost savings. The company has been able to offboard a vendor as AI Companion took over the task of producing meeting notes, thus reducing their expenses. Additionally, automating the meeting note-generation process has helped employees focus on more strategic tasks.
